Chef Fabiano has had a lifelong passion for food and cooking
Graduated in Gastronomy and Hospitality by the University Center Senac Campos do Jordão, and with several courses at the Instituto Mausi Sebbes of Argentina, Institute Paul Bocouse and Le Notre in France, Chef Fabiano Olmo, who was once Executive Chef of the Grande Hotel Campos de Jordão, Orient Express Hotel das Cataratas, Belmont and Accor, signed as Executive Chef of Vines Grille and Maxine’s on Shine, restaurants in Orlando.
Among several awards received, some of than stand out: Best Brunch 2016, 2017 and 2018, and Best Kept Secret Restaurant 2017 by Orlando Magazine;
Best Place to go out on a date 2016 and 2017, and Best Brunch 2016 and 2017 by the Orlando Sentinel;
Top 3 among the best local chefs in The Best of Orlando 2018, by the Orlando Weekly.
Chef Fabiano works daily to bring new and fancy ideas to the menu and to improve each and every week. He considers each meal he cooks an opportunity to show to the clients all his experiences around the world and that food delivery can also be healthy, fresh, delicious and an great experience.
